Booking Form

Please complete the form with as much information as possible. Note that this doesn’t automatically confirm the booking into my diary – but at least I’ll know all necessary details and I can forward the contract over to you.

I should email you the paperwork within a few hours (and can also post a hard copy if required), though if I’m working or travelling then allow 24 hours. If you’ve not heard anything from me in 48 hours then please give me a call.

By submitting this booking form you are agreement to the terms, including the payment of fees.

A formal contract will be sent via email to confirm the arrangements. A £100 (or £200 for all day packages) part payment will be required within 14 days of invoice as a booking fee to secure the time and date.
