Corporate Event Entertainer of the Year

Corporate Livewire have awarded me the Corporate Event Entertainer of the Year (London and South East England) in their Prestige Awards 2022.

I’m really pleased to win this award, especially as the Covid-19 restrictions had a massive impact on corporate events – especially with one-and-a-half Christmas seasons being cancelled!

During the awards process we invited over 100,000 businesses and corporate professionals, magazine contributors and our subscribers to nominate companies & individuals based on factors such as service, innovation, experience, sustainability and other areas.

Over the last few years I have been growing the services I offer within the corporate event sector, and with the lockdowns behind us it is reassuring to see the sector opening back up.

Close-up magic is still a big part, but I am performing more and more after-dinner cabaret shows. This can be from a short five-minute piece to the room following circulating around the tables, through to hosting the whole evening.

The shows are designed with the corporate event market in mind, and it’s an area I am committed to investing into growing. This means I have two different 45 minute acts; this is great for repeat bookings, events spanning multiple dates (such as training courses and team-building weeks), hosting the entire event or theatre shows.

And of course the after-dinner mind-reading corporate cabaret show can be included within packages of close-up magic to build the perfect evening.

With 16 years of experience as a professional I have attended hundreds of corporate events and Christmas parties, and so it is nice for that experience, knowledge and quality of entertainment to be acknowledged within the corporate events sector.
